We’re only on the third release from Maceo Plex’s Ellum label but weirdly it feels like they’ve been doing things for ages since everyone loves it so much! This release comes from Odd Parents who are in the extended Ellum family and close friends of Mr. Plex.
The title track Fame’s got an addictive bass guitar twang on loop and addictive druggy washed out vocals seeping through the track that lead us to the soon to become distinctive Ellum sound.
On the remix front we have everyone’s favourite Poles Catz ‘n Dogz and Berlin resident Martin Dawson going up as a tag team with brilliant results… Here’s a little taste of whats to come on the mid February release date.
