If you are looking for an anti-dote to all the loved up PDAs that are bound to be on show before Valentines then this is a decent shout.

On Feb 9th, Vital Music Group will be putting on their first live event: Strip Sleaze // Valentine’s Special at Crucifix Lane in London.

They are teaming up with MadTech Records, our love you long time mates The House of DiscoReal Nice and Wall 2 Wall to showcase some very strong talent. Collaborating alongside The Dig Creative, Crucifix Lane’s arches-style space will be transformed into a sleazy den.

With a lineup featuring Krystal Klear (Eglo, Madtech), Citizen (Madtech, LoveFever), Medlar (Wolf Music), Monitor 66 (House of Disco), Magnier (House of Disco), plus support from the Real Nice and Wall 2 Wall DJs, this is shaping up to be a perfect way to kickstart the party calendar after the restraint of January resolutions.

Check out details and updates on the event on Facebook and buy tickets on Resident Advisor.

Here’s burger Dave’s round up of 2012 to get you gaggin’ for it:

about SlothBoogie

I invented the internet.

Hello mateys, just to let you know I can’t see much of the music on your blog since the redesign. E.g. here it says “Here’s burger Dave’s round up of 2012 to get you gaggin’ for it:” but there’s nothing underneath. :(
No problems on any other websites, just yours.
    Windows 7 Home Premium 6.1.7601 SP1 Build 7601
    Firefox 10.0.2
With add-ons (disabling them makes no difference):
Noscript (all allowed for your page, except Twitter), Adblockplus 2.2.1, Ghostery 2.8.4

  2. Z says:

Hey don’t worry, I’ve worked it out now- I had Soundcloud’s 2 scripts allowed in Noscript (add-on that protects from malware/timewasting scripts), but since your redesign I can now only see the Soundcloud stuff on your page if I also allow the Soundcloud tracker in Ghostery (add-on that protects privacy by blocking corporate trackers). So I have to let them track me if I want to listen to the music here at the mo.
