Field Day 2015 – acts you’re going to take your “FKA Twigs only” mates to see…

Let’s be honest, there’s one name that really stood out on the Field Day lineup for this year in Victoria Park, London…FKA Twigs. The Twilight loving Björk-ite has enjoyed a meteoric rise to fame in the last 12 months, and there were a lot of people pissed off that they couldn’t get tickets for her Roundhouse gig next month.

So, here are a few acts you have to see before and after you lose your shit to Twigs on Saturday…

It’s the 4th year in a row now, and we’re not sick of it. We can’t wait to see Caribou’s headline slot on the Eat Your Own Ears stage.

Madchester disco god vs Drone Logic magician. Anyone who saw their Bugged Out! set at XOYO last year will know the score.

His early releases were picked up by Âme, but it’s the DJ sets that make Talabot shine. A weird, distinctive, reverberant disco sound that has made him one of Barcelona’s finest exports in recent years.

After seeing Leon Vynehall play at mono_cult at the Dance Tunnel (Dalston) last year, the obsession is real. Super-funky soul which always leads on to some pumping melodic house.

Berghain. Say no more.

His solo set was astonishing last year, and this year he’s coming armed with a band. We can’t wait for this!
