The Staple x Steven Harrington Capsule Collection

The Staple x Steven Harrington Capsule Collection Bucket Hat

We’re really feeling the psychadelic and loud Staple x Steven Harrington collection thats just come out in time for the hot summer… (Fingers Crossed!)

The capsule collection features Steven’s trademark bold and colourful designs that have been adapted onto a range of shirts, tees, polos, tank tops, shorts and hats. There’s some clever little ideas running throughout the collection like the reversible bucket hats that are colour packed on one side and monochrome black and white on the flip side. The theme for the project revolved around “good luck & good vibes” and we’re definitely feeling that these pieces will bring nothing but good vibes for you.

It will be hitting selected stores very soon… probably in the US only though :/
Make sure you watch the great 1-2-1 video at the top of the post where Steven Harrington gives us a great insight into his design inspirations and daily work life balance.

SBTRKT – Transitions

SBTRKT has launched ‘Transitions’, a collection of six instrumentals written and produced over the past year or so that reference the creative process that led to his debut album. Head over to to hear this collection of tracks within a bespoke fully interactive website that has been designed by long term collaborator A Hidden Place (who is responsible for the design and manufacture of SBTRKT’s now trademark tribal mask) and PARTY, a renowned Japanese creative agency.

The Transitions series will be released through long time label mates Young Turks on three individual 12” records. Each one will feature artwork and 2D Moiré animation by A Hidden Place. The action of removing the inner vinyl bag from its sleeve creates a unique visual effect which is replicated digitally by moving the mouse on the Transitions website.

The 6 individual tracks are also available for download in a bunch of big formats.

Tracklist and vinyl release dates:
Transitions I / Gamalena / Hold The Line / YT112 / May 5th 2014
Transitions II / Kyoto / Resolute / YT113 / May 19th 2014
