The Sunday Chill : Henrik Schwarz – Instruments

What’s left of my music if I have it played by Classical musicians and omit the most important element, the beats?“ This question was the starting point for INSTRUMENTS, the new Henrik Schwarz album.
It’s classical but not as you know it… What you get is a very interesting and hypnotic rework of some of the German House legend’s most known tracks. This means if you’re feeling the rub of a weekend’s over indulgence then this album will definitely put you on course for a full recovery.

Black Rose (Jesse Rose + Henrik Schwarz) – Anthem

This is a pretty exciting project!
Black Rose is what you get if you stick Jesse Rose and Henrik Schwarz into a studio together… and the result is… well… an anthem.

“This ad lib project came about organically after Henrik suggested he play live while Jesse DJ’d and after just a few performances, has been dubbed the best ever Live/DJ collaboration by Groove Magazine. Soon after, the talented twosome took to the studio with nothing more but a shared passion for infectious grooves and by casting away the fast food electronic sub genres that have been corroding the pure, Black Rose have sculpted a brilliant reggae infused single that is guaranteed to make your mouth water and your feet tap.”

The Anthem is an amazing reinterpretation of Barrington Levy’s Black Roses!
Anyways grab those awesome reggae lyrics and slap them on top of some Jesse Rose and Henrik Schwarz bouncey fun time beats and you’ve got yourself a winner!
